In this wonderful cereal, we use hand-pounded rice that is rich in nutrients like fibre, protein, and iron. Hand-pounded rice is easier to digest for babies than brown rice. We add green, unripe bananas to rice that help to absorb nutrients like calcium better than ripe bananas and also do not cause cough and cold in babies!
