  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a purchased feature on Cirkle, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide a detailed description of the technical issue you are experiencing.

  • Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchase a feature on Cirkle, we may offer a refund at our discretion. To request a refund for an accidental purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.

Non-Refundable Purchases:

  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused portions of your subscription term.

  • In-App Purchases: Virtual items or consumables purchased within the Cirkle platform are non-refundable.
